It has been quite a year; our first “full” one enduring the COVID-19 pandemic and the seemingly permanent changes it has wrought affecting, for example, (1) employment laws affecting the workplaces – and, necessarily, lives – of working New Yorkers (including vaccine and masking requirements), and (2) the initiation and prosecution of civil lawsuits in New York state and federal courts (including the proliferation of remote proceedings such as court conferences, depositions, and trials). These issues are expected to continue in the new year, and beyond.
In that vein, rest assured that Pospis Law is and remains committed to vindicating the rights of wronged – discriminated against, injured, etc. – New Yorkers.
